This new role will be a valuable addition to our Client Service Representative team.ResponsibilitiesProvide bilingual customer service support to Advisors and Clients including client facing presentationsEscalate inquiries as required for timely resolutionProvide quote and renewal support to Account ExecutivesReview new business applications to ensure all required information has been providedClearly communicate requirements and timelines with AdvisorsRequest alternative pricing and prepare plan amendmentsMaintain a high service standard keeping within expected turnaround timesQualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in Group BenefitsKnowledge of Group Benefits Administrative practicesExcellent bilingual communication skills,
