CareTech are proud to announce they are a Disability Confident Leader.Position: Residential Support WorkerShift Pattern1 on 2 off, including sleep inWhat You’ll DoSupport young people with their daily routines: getting ready for school, prepping for meal times, and planning activities.Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights, or creative projects.Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.Work EnvironmentOur home is a 5-bedded home that looks after young people with behavioural difficulties. The home is set on the grounds of a school and has another 5-bed home as well.



The home is furnished to a very high standard with a diverse staff team. We currently have 4 young people in the home (3 boys, ages 14, 14 & 12, 1 girl, age 14). The team works on a schedule of 1 day at work and 2 days off, alternating sleeping patterns with the teams, covering each other for annual leave and sickness.
