Through our broad portfolio, we are truly a national brewer, with over 3,600 employees, a portfolio of more than 60 quality beers and beyond, and 10 breweries from coast-to-coast, we are proud to serve Canada and the communities we call home.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with brewery operations, warehouses, transport teams, vendors & planning teams to place purchase orders to ensure materials arrive on time for brewery production using MRP and SAP.Attend daily meetings with brewery operations to communicate material supply risk and prioritiesTrack Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to materials ordering processes,



logistics and operations performance.Conduct data integrity routine to ensure the data used for reporting and decision-making is accurate and optimal.Provide operational coverage and support during team members’ vacation periods, ensuring continuity of logistics functions.Conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis on recurring operational issues, process bottlenecks, or discrepancies.Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and responsible for Master Data accuracy in the areaManage supplier and new design transitions based on instruction from Planning and InnovationsLeverage OnTime (ordering platform) as a tool to develop and grow materials ordering reliability.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain ManagementStrong analytical skillsSelf-starter with continuous improvement mindsetExperience with Supply Chain ManagementOverview and Understanding of Supply Processes: Warehousing, Transportation, Inventory Management, Purchase OrderComputer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.Use of SAP, TMS (Transport Management System) etc. Experience with Power BI and EDI process is desirable.WHY LABATTAs one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future With More Cheers.
