InstaLILY is a New York-based AI startup working at the cutting-edge of agentic AI. We build autonomous agents at the frontier of enterprise software, machine intelligence, and human-AI collaboration.As a Software Engineer at InstaLILY, you’ll join a team drawn from top-tier university programs. You’ll develop our AI agents platform and drive technical excellence across the org. You’ll work closely with the Lead Software Engineer and cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and capabilities, and help build a culture of continuous learning as we grow.This role is client-facing. You’ll build and ship AI agents that operate inside our customers’ systems, and you’ll be in regular working sessions with stakeholders at enterprise customers. You need to code at a high bar and communicate decisions clearly. This is a new role that is currently open.ResponsibilitiesDevelop InstaLILY’s AI platform and drive technical excellence throughout the organizationWork closely with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, business development, growth) and key business stakeholders to design and implement new features and capabilitiesPartner with the Growth team during customer deployments: understand workflows, defend architectural decisions,
