SummaryThis role is accountable for delivering superior service when assisting Brokers with Vyne related inquiries, providing system support and workflow advice surrounding binding, issuing current policies and creating policy changes. Brokers will also receive general inquiries support related to PI products, pricing, underwriting and billing appetite. The Insurance Representative must work according to underwriting guidelines and authority, reviewing and assessing risk for acceptability in lower‑complexity transactions and escalating higher‑complexity cases to Advisors or Specialists when necessary.Key AccountabilitiesBroker Inquiries – 50%Handles general incoming broker inquiries and requests for Vyne support and workflow advice. Supports brokers as they navigate changes by reinforcing messages and providing guidance where appropriate, and offers step‑by‑step educational overviews.Transaction Processing – 40%Processes transactions not enabled by broker self‑service functionality—including new business, policy changes, cancellations, etc.—in accordance with underwriting guidelines and authority while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.Intake/Triage – 10%Reviews incoming emails/cases in electronic format to identify risk types, completes categorization in the policy case management system (including correct Broker codes), and updates existing cases when additional information is received.Specialized Knowledge & SkillsInsurance / underwriting knowledgeCustomer service focused with a positive,
