Position OverviewProject Manager, Facilities & Campus DevelopmentFull‑time, temporary position (35 hours per week) from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.Lethbridge Polytechnic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Facilities and Campus Development team. Reporting to the Director, Facilities and Campus Development, the successful candidate will lead capital renewal, renovation, infrastructure, and construction projects across campus from planning through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage capital, renovation, and infrastructure projects across campus.Coordinate project scope, budgets, schedules, procurement, and construction activities.Manage consultants, contractors, and professional service agreements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements and operational impacts.Monitor construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards and codes.Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.Required QualificationsDegree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in the field can be considered as equivalent.Minimum 3 years of experience managing commercial, institutional, or public‑sector construction projects.Strong understanding of project delivery, budgeting, contract administration, and building systems.Excellent verbal and written communication, organization,
