The Client Representative is responsible for the brand and market presence of a well-established environmental solutions company and establishing and continuing relationship development with our customers. Additionally, the Client Representative is responsible for developing new market opportunities through lead generation.Key Areas of ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert conducting in‑home environmental solutions testing and assisting homeowners in diagnosing potential issues.Perform effective in‑home presentations that demonstrate, educate, overcome objections, and help customers make informed decisions. Present and recommend ideal whole home solutions through various product bundles that address common city water problems.Inspect installation sites and calculate installation costs.Maintain relationships with existing customers.Engage prospects, gather information through sales referrals, assess and prioritize needs, and set appointments.Communicate weekly work schedule and lead status to the National Sales Manager.Present products, offer special promotions, and assist customers in making informed decisions.Process orders, collect payment, and arrange product installation with applicable dealers.Participate in post‑sale consumer program, schedule follow‑up visits,



and provide referral business and thank‑you gifts.Maintain professional appearance and attitude reflecting the company’s dedication to professionalism.Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure superior customer service.Job Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceNo prior experience is required; paid training provided by a certified trainer.All appointments will be pre‑arranged and screened to meet safety guidelines for both clients and team members.No quotas or pressure to sell products to potential clients.Competitive compensation package with incentives, bonuses, full benefits, and a pleasant work atmosphere.Current team members in this role are earning six figures.Full‑time positions available (5‑day work week, no Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays).Vehicle requirement:Candidates must have their own vehicle.Compensation:$85,000 – $95,000 per year, paid weekly, plus perks and attractive bonus structure.Location:Must live in the area and reside full time in Canada.Note:This is not a work‑from‑home position.
