Where others see problems, you see opportunities.Essential FunctionsThe position entails, but is not limited to the following general responsibilities:Volunteer Recruitment and EngagementCreate promotional materials and social media content to promote volunteer opportunitiesAssist with screening applications, conducting interviews, and completing reference checksTrack volunteer hours, contributions, and impact using CNIB's volunteer management systemCommunity Outreach and Partnership DevelopmentRepresent CNIB at community events, resource fairs, and networking opportunitiesDeliver presentations about CNIB programs and services to community organizationsProgram Support and CoordinationCoordinate event logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, and registrationProvide administrative support including scheduling, communications, and documentationSupport participants during activities,
