Site SuperintendentAcuren Wind Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Site Superintendent to lead wind turbine maintenance operations onsite. This full‑time, temporary role is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing crews, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project and client expectations. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced field environment and has a strong background in renewable energy operations.Position DetailsRotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6‑week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This will vary depending on project and client requirements.Start Date: Approximately May 25, 2026.Duration: 3 months; duration may varydepending on project and client requirements.Rate: $50.00 – $60.00 (pay rates are based upon level of experience and tech level/certifications).Location & Travel: Quebec. Flights and accommodations provided.Pre‑employment background and drug‑abuse screening will be required for this position.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all onsite wind turbine maintenance activities.Supervise and support technicians, ensuring work is completed safely and to high‑quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact between site personnel, clients, and internal stakeholders.Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and project timelines.Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures,
