This full time position reports to the CFO and is essential for guiding RLG's IT function into a cloud-first environment. You will direct a managed service provider for hands-on execution while maintaining vendor relationships and managing critical security policies. Your leadership in a lean IT setup will ensure efficient processes and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee infrastructure and identity architecture projects
• Manage the cloud migration technical roadmap
• Govern security incident management processes
• Optimize IT budget and vendor contracts
• Ensure Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in senior IT roles
• 2+ years in vendor and budget management
• Solid experience with enterprise networking and virtualization
• Familiarity with hybrid identity technologies
• Understanding of data privacy in AI systems
