We are looking for a passionate Keyholder to join our Yorkville team.Role OverviewAn in‑store keyholder who brings robust beauty or skincare experience and a customer‑first mindset to create memorable, elevated in‑store experiences. You will lead by example, inspire others, and help drive a positive, high‑performing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service.Determine the customer’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening and applying product knowledge acquired during brand training.Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.Adhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver unparalleled customer service, educating customers about the world of beauty and DECIEM brands.Act as floor supervisor in management’s absence to ensure store procedures and experience steps are followed.Assist in onboarding, training and development of new employees.Manage customer feedback and queries.Assist in maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization.Support merchandising concepts and maintain tidiness standards.Pay RangeHourly rate: $19.50–$20.50, depending on experience, skills,
