Join the ride!Position:Estimator/Customer Service RepresentativeDealership:Excellence Auto Collision - Silver StarLocation:Offsite – (Unionville, Dealership)Classification:Full Time, Immediate HireSalary:$55,000-$65,000 AnnuallyYour area of focus.This role helps create appointments for our Loyalty Department, as well as handle our lease finance and cash portfolios.What drives your day-to-day?Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approvalAssist with scheduling customer’s vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon deliveryCheck in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work orderSupport customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiriesProactively educate customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experienceUpdate customer information in the management system as requiredProvide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair processAssist with resolving customer issues as they arise in a skilled and timely mannerWhat are the must-haves…College diploma or two years’ relevant experienceAbility to speak Mandarin/Cantonese considered a strong assetProficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook,
