Senior Health Community Engagement Manager (Cancer Awareness in the Workplace)We are seeking a strong strategic leader with experience in managing large health‑related programmes to lead our Cancer Awareness in the Workplace programme. This role will engage corporate partners and clients to reach their workforces with relevant, accessible, and inclusive health information.Salary:£52,000-56,000 per annumReports to:Head of Health Community EngagementContract:12-month fixed term (maternity cover)Hours:Full time, 35 hours per weekLocation:London office-based (Stratford) with high flexibility (1-2 days in the office)Key ResponsibilitiesLine manage the CAW Managers and Nurse Manager, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running and ongoing development of the programme.Shape the strategic direction of the programme, innovating and adapting to the evolving landscape to grow reach and impact sustainably.Engage stakeholders internally and externally to identify and deliver partnership opportunities and inform strategic decision‑making.Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise and optimise activity, leveraging wider opportunities for the charity.Oversee evaluation of the programme, adopting an evidence‑based agile approach to test new approaches, products and channels to maximise reach, particularly among C2DE audiences.Manage the CAW team budget and lead on development, delivery and reporting of operational plans aligned with strategic priorities.Provide strong leadership across the HCE team,
