The successful candidate will provide decision-making and leadership across a broad portfolio of pricing projects, centered around the feasibility, design, modeling, and reporting of complex insurance products and riders. This role requires balancing business unit marketing objectives with financial goals and adapting to rapidly changing internal and external environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and motivate a diverse team managing the development and launch of life and annuity products.Ensure product initiatives meet marketing, profitability, and risk management goals while aligning with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements.Serve as a member of the US Pricing leadership team, coaching and developing a large, engaged team of actuaries and actuarial students.Collaborate with a second‑line risk oversight team to align strategic direction with corporate risk appetite.Coordinate product development and pricing deliverables with specialized actuarial teams in rate making, modeling, controls/governance, and assumption development.Perform preliminary research, development, and feasibility analysis to prioritize critical initiatives.Lead additional projects related to the department's strategic objectives.How will you create impact?This role will use expertise in life pricing to bring new products to market and reports to the AVP & Pricing Officer, US Insurance.What motivates you?You obsess about customers, listen, engage, and act for their benefit.You think big and explore agile approaches to enable business outcomes.You thrive in teams and enjoy collaborative achievements.You take ownership, build solutions, and focus on what matters.You act with integrity and speak up.You share your humanity,

Salary may vary based on local market and position requirements.
