Position SummaryThe Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for developing clear marketing messaging, supporting campaign initiatives, and creating content that communicates the value of the company’s brand, products, and solutions. This role reports to the Digital Commerce & Marketing Manager and works closely with the sales team, product management, and designers to translate product capabilities into clear customer advantages and support business growth. A core focus of this role is AI Optimization (AIO) creating and structuring content that performs well in AI-driven search, generative engines, and answer-based discovery. The role also supports SEO best practices, ensuring content is both discoverable and effective across evolving digital channels. This is an execution-focused role with opportunities to grow into greater ownership of AIO and content optimization over time.Key ResponsibilitiesMessaging & Brand StorytellingWrite and refine marketing messaging that communicates product value and key differentiatorsTranslate product features into clear, customer-focused benefitsEnsure consistency across marketing materials and campaignsAdapt messaging to align with both human audiences and AI interpretationAI-Optimized Content DevelopmentCreate marketing content designed for AI-driven discovery, including generative search engines and answer-based platformsStructure content to align with how users ask questions and how AI systems surface answersWrite clear, concise, and well-structured content that improves visibility in AI-generated responsesContinuously refine content based on performance, emerging AI trends,
