Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring each plate meets high-quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage food preparation schedules to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Lead food service operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams for optimal guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste while maintaining freshness.
- Uphold restaurant management practices by maintaining cleanliness,



safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with a focus on Pakistani or South Asian cuisine.
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience within the food industry, demonstrating mastery of traditional Pakistani recipes.
- Strong food handling knowledge combined with excellent food safety practices to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Demonstrated team management skills, including training staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Previous restaurant management experience is highly desirable, showcasing leadership in a busy culinary setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry standards, and hospitality best practices to deliver exceptional service.
