We are seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Painter/Receptionist. Duties

- Prepare surfaces and apply paint or finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces following safety guidelines and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting supplies and work areas

- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software

- Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, proofreading documents,



and maintaining organized records

Requirements

- Previous experience in painting required

- Basic office experience with knowledge of spread sheets

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

- Ability to perform physical tasks related to painting including standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and working safely at heights if needed

- Must be comfortable working independently

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
