A career as a Paralegal within the Legal Affairs Governance team (Corporate Secretary’s Office) at National Bank means acting as a key contributor in supporting the governance activities of the Bank’s Board of Directors. This role allows you to make a tangible impact through your experience in operational coordination, regulatory follow-up, and document management. Draft, review, and follow up on legal, corporate and regulatory documents Contribute to the implementation and execution of best practices in corporate governance Perform filings with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance Analyze regulatory requirements applicable to the Board of Directors and ensure compliance Maintain and update corporate databases and records Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities to optimize work and enhance operational efficiency within the team Support administrative processes, including invoicing and file tracking Within the Legal Affairs Governance sector, you will be part of an engaged team and report to the Senior Director, Governance and Assistant Secretary.
