? Licensed Paralegal – Litigation Support (Remote)

Karky Legal Services is expanding its structured litigation practice and is seeking a Licensed Paralegal to provide court and drafting support on a per-assignment basis.

Our practice includes LTB, HTA / POA, and Small Claims Court matters, and this position offers the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of paralegal practice.

? Responsibilities

Attend routine LTB hearings

Attend HTA / POA and Small Claims appearances when required

Draft and file forms and pleadings

Organize case materials and disclosure

Maintain file documentation and deadlines

? Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

Minimum one year experience in LTB matters, including attending hearings

Interest or experience in HTA / POA and Small Claims Court is an asset

Comfortable attending court independently

Strong organizational skills

Responsive and deadline-driven
