Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parking Lot Snow Removal Operator to clear parking lots and roadways using a T-Rex (city side-walks) and skid steer (parking lot). This role is ideal for an experienced equipment operator who is comfortable working in winter conditions, values precision, and takes pride in leaving every site secure and accessible. Wages: $28-35/hour Experience dependent

Duties:

- Operate a T-Rex (city sidewalks) and skid steer to clear snow from parking lots and roadways
- Drive truck and trailer safely between sites during winter conditions
- Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup and ensure safe surfaces
- Complete required snow removal paperwork, including safety documentation and snow logs
- Monitor site conditions and respond to complaints between snowfalls
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during snow clearing operations




- Report all accidents/incidents, first aids, and near misses

Requirements:

- 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Certified skid steer operator required (must minimally have the theory portion, practical demonstration can be completed during an on site competency assessment)
- Ability to operate a T-Rex and skid steer
- Ability to drive truck and trailer
- Clean 3-year driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of insurance history
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation required — snow removal operates around the clock, not just during snowfall, including complaint response and monitoring
- Must have a working smartphone and be able to download and use SiteDocs (safety and snow logs) and Workforce (time clock) — training provided
- Reliable and dependable
