Key Responsibilities

- Traffic & Parking Guidance: Direct vehicles to available parking spaces, assist with parking procedures, and ensure vehicles do not park in restricted or incorrect spots.
- Customer Service: Act as a welcoming point of contact by answering questions and giving clear directions to visitors.
- Site Monitoring & Safety: Patrol parking areas for unauthorized or suspicious activity, follow company security protocols, and report maintenance or safety hazards immediately.
- Facility Operations: Set up, move,



and adjust parking barriers and pylons as needed; maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness across the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Communication & Confidence: Robust interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach drivers and clients proactively and professionally.
- Problem Solving: Ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable under pressure in high-traffic or stressful situations.
- Physical & Outdoor Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work flexible weekend day or evening shifts on the specified dates above.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
