Element by Westin Calgary Downtown is an all-suite hotel located in Calgary's vibrant west-end focused on the wellness of our guests and associates alike, with features like an extensive fitness center, healthy breakfast options and our explore-ready Bikes to Borrow program. Our pet-friendly hotel offers suites with fully equipped kitchens, ideal for longer stay guests. In our lobby, you'll find Wander Café, a relaxed and airy local hangout, while the 12th floor offers Bow & Bend, our signature restaurant and lounge featuring a scenic rooftop patio.

We are in search of warm, friendly, courteous, and professional Valet Parking Attendants, responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and providing customer service excellence by parking and retrieving guest vehicles and providing luggage service. Always provide the highest quality of service to our guests and associates alike. Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking area.

Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws. Maintain lobby, front door, valet stand,



and luggage room cleanliness and order. Market the entire hotel when rooming a guest.

Maintain complete knowledge of hotel amenities and layout, local attractions, and airport transportation. Keep up to date on in-house groups and functions. Ensure deliveries/luggage are brought to correct rooms.

Always demonstrate a readiness to help. Able to accurately give directions and information regarding the immediate and metro areas. An experienced professional with a minimum of one year of experience as a parking attendant in a similar operation or hotel property.

Someone with a class 5 driver's license and ability to drive both a manual and automatic transmission. Able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Concord associates earn competitive wages and are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package.
