Position Available: Experienced Servers (Evenings & Daytime) – Parkway Social (Lanes)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests during evening and daytime shifts in a high-volume environment.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and accurate service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Uphold Parkway Social's standards of quality in service and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts, negotiate, and resolve objections effectively.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a qualified demeanor and appearance.
- Positive team attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Schedule: Standard shifts from 4:00 pm until close, averaging 3-5 shifts per week.
