Join the Child and Youth Mental Health team as a Registered Clinician in Kapuskasing, offering psychotherapy and counseling to children and adolescents. Help address emotional and behavioral needs in a supportive setting.
This full-time role requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise in children's mental health and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory, along with a valid driver’s license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to children and youth • Conduct clinical assessments for behavioral and emotional needs • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions • Support family systems through effective communication
Requirements: • Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred • Registration with applicable professional College • Minimum G2 driver’s license at application; G Class required • Demonstrated clinical skills in child mental health • Solid collaboration and organizational abilities
