Whether it is making your commute more efficient, keeping our communities safe, or making remote areas more accessible, at Miller we are proud to Build Greatness in everything we do.Day In the LifeIn this role, you will transport concrete safely and on schedule across Ontario while providing skilled customer service, maintaining communication with dispatch, and ensuring all equipment, inspections, and documentation meet regulatory standards.Please note, this role is a Unionized positionResponsibilitiesTransport Concrete to destinations throughout OntarioEnsure time sensitive deliveries to Plants, crews and customersLoading and unloading of product to destinationLiaise with customers in a professional manner, and provide exceptional on‑site serviceCommunicate with Dispatch Supervisor daily to receive delivery informationPerform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of equipment to ensure cleanliness and condition meet Miller and MTO standards and regulationsCompletion of all relevant documentationMaintain Hours of Service compliance and logbooks/E‑LogsQualificationsHigh school educationValid DZ/AZ Driver’s license and Clean CVOR and Driver’s AbstractPrevious driving experienceReady Mix experience, an assetPrevious experience with electronic logbooks (E‑Log), considered an assetSelf‑motivated and an effective team playerWillingness to work assigned shifts and weekends as requiredAbility to sit, stand or drive for extended periodsAbility to work independently with little supervisionPunctual and ReliableComfortable working at heightsWillingness to work extended hours, nights and weekends as requiredAbility and willingness to work out of town for extended periods of time, as requiredEffective communication (written & verbal) and customer service skillsBasic computer knowledgeAbility to work Safely and follow all safety regulationsCompensation DataTargeting $33 - $35 per hourCultureAt Miller, we want every employee to feel connected, where creativity and innovation thrive, and your contributions make a real impact.
