Preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th).Servers will be required to work in various venues based on business levels.This role is not eligble for Staff Accomodations .Starting Rate:$17.22 per hour.What you will be doingComplete Daily Operations (i.E. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)Meet andgreet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasionsHave full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes,



contents and preparation methodsMaintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenueMaintain accurate billing, cash handling and float proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Must have Pro-Serve CertificationMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment requiredExtensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essentialMust be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one timeSchedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidaysAdditional InformationOne complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $8/meal)Discounts while using our resort’s Food & Beverage Outlets, Fitness Centre andSpaVisa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
