In this full-time, permanent role, you will take ownership of a varied file portfolio and work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to assess exposure, develop strategy, and drive successful outcomes.This position is ideal for a real estate litigation lawyer who enjoys problem-solving, strategic thinking, and working across diverse areas connected to real estate disputes and professional liability matters.What You’ll DoOversee and manage a portfolio of litigation files, with an emphasis on real estate-related mattersAnalyze claims, identify legal and practical risks, and develop tailored resolution strategiesCollaborate with retained external counsel, providing direction on litigation approach and case progressionWork directly with clients to provide guidance, support, and practical solutionsProactively adjust strategies as files evolve to achieve optimal outcomesContribute to risk mitigation and loss prevention initiativesLeverage technology and modern tools to efficiently manage caseloads and reportingWhat You BringLicensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standingMinimum 5 years of litigation experience, with exposure to real estate disputes strongly preferredExperience in related areas such as civil litigation, insurance, estates,
