Job Description SummaryThe Technical Designer is responsible for developing architectural and technical design solutions to support customer projects. This role produces detailed construction documentation, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures designs align with client requirements, building codes, and project specifications.Job DescriptionDevelop and produce construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, and specificationsCollaborate with Sales, Design, and cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored design solutions for customersAssess site conditions and prepare test‑fit plans to evaluate design feasibilityCreate architectural layouts and design concepts aligned with client needs, budgets, and project requirementsPrepare and present design concepts, proposals, and technical materials to internal stakeholders and clientsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all design‑related informationApply knowledge of building codes and standards to ensure compliance in all designsCoordinate with vendors, manufacturing partners,
