Support Jack.org’s leadership as a Governance Administrator in Toronto. You will manage schedules, coordinate Board activities, and facilitate communication for effective governance.
This full-time role serves as a vital link between the Executive Office and Board of Directors. You will provide executive administrative support to the President & CEO, Vice President, and Board members, focusing on organizational efficiency and governance processes. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be crucial in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage President & CEO's calendar and prioritize requests • Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel arrangements • Prepare and distribute essential executive documents • Facilitate Board of Directors and Committee meetings • Assist with governance records and policy documentation
Requirements: • 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role • Experience in supporting senior executives • Robust organizational and time management skills • Proficient in Google Workspace and office tools • Commitment to Jack.org’s mission and values
