This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized finishing machinery used to enhance product appearance and quality.The selected candidate must be versatile to train and work on day or night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate polishing and sandblasting equipment with precision to meet production targets and quality specifications.Set up machines according to product requirements, including tooling changes, calibration, and parameter adjustments.Monitor production processes to ensure consistent finish quality and adherence to standards.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.Use measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product quality and surface finish.Accurately complete daily production reports, including output, downtime, and quality tracking.Safely handle materials and operate lifting devices (hoists, etc.) when required for machine operation or maintenance.Identify and communicate product defects, process deviations, or equipment malfunctions promptly.Maintain a clean, organized,
