Combined with the use of rope access technology and inspection expertise, we provide a comprehensive inspection and repair solution for the wind industry.We are currently seeking a highly organized Inventory Coordinator to support our Wind Turbine Maintenance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technicians have the tools, parts, and materials they need to keep operations running safely and efficiently.Position Details:Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off, with the week off being optional. During the 6-week period, the standard schedule will typically be 5 days on, 2 days off, at 12 hours per day. This would vary depending on project and client requirementsStart Date: Approximately May 25, 2026.Duration: 3 months; may vary depending on project and client requirementsRate: $23.00 - $30.00 (Payrates are based upon level of experience and Tech Level/Certifications)Location & Travel: Quebec, Flights and accommodations providedPlease note a pre-employment D&A will be required for this positionResponsibilitiesManage and track all onsite inventory including tools, parts, and consumables for wind turbine maintenance activitiesCoordinate material requests with technicians and supervisors to ensure timely availability of required componentsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slipsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and spreadsheetsMonitor stock levels and proactively reorder materials to avoid downtimeOrganize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency, cleanliness,
and safety complianceCoordinate logistics for shipping, returns, and transfers between sites or warehousesSupport outage planning by ensuring all required materials are staged and available ahead of scheduled workConduct regular cycle counts and full inventory auditsWork closely with procurement, operations, and site leadership teamsRequirementsPrevious experience in inventory control, warehouse coordination, or logistics (industrial or energy sector preferred)GWO Certifications BST, BTT and ARTBilingual in English and French (strongly preferred)Experience supporting field teams in construction, wind, oil & gas, or similar industries is a solid assetStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailProficient with inventory tracking systems and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently in a remote or site-based environmentStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholdersPhysically capable of lifting, moving, and organizing materials as requiredValid driver’s license (site access may require travel)Preferred QualificationsExperience in wind turbine maintenance or renewable energy projectsKnowledge of safety procedures and site compliance standardsBenefitsComplemented by an attractive and comprehensive total compensation package, including paid time off, employer-paid benefits, RRSP + Company match, tuition grants, discounted fitness memberships and insurance offerings, employee assistance programs and more.
