Cobra Electric is on the hunt for a detail-driven Warehouse Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to join our crew in Langley.In this role, you won’t just be moving boxes—you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations smooth, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll work closely with Operations and the wider Cobra team to manage inventory, support procurement, and ensure materials are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there.ResponsibilitiesKeep our warehouse organized, productive, and under controlMonitor inventory levels and forecast demand for critical partsHandle full-cycle purchasing within our ERP systemReceive and verify incoming shipments, and manage returns, credits,



and warrantiesPrepare pick lists and support parts distribution for service workCoordinate material needs with field staffTrack and transfer stock between warehouse locationsAllocate materials to specific work ordersConduct weekly stock checks and assist with annual inventory countsDeliver top-notch service to both internal teams and external partnersQualifications3+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience in the electrical or construction industry (strong asset)Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Adobe)Working knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP systemsValid Class 5 or 7 Driver’s LicenseA sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environmentWorking Hours and CompensationThis position is Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm) at the Cobra yard located at 9688 190 St, Surrey, BC V4N 3M9.
