The successful candidate will perform focused histories and physical examinations, interpret diagnostic investigations, and initiate evidence‑based management for patients across the age spectrum. The position also supports continuity of care through thorough documentation,



collaboration with consultants and interdisciplinary teams, and arranging appropriate follow‑up as required.
