Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $105,000.00 AnnuallyLakes District Maintenance Inc., a subsidiary of Volker Stevin Canada, specializes in highway maintenance, construction, and infrastructure services across Western Canada.Lakes District Maintenance Inc. is seeking aField Superintendentto support and collaborate with the Superintendent and Foremen withinService Area 24. This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and optimizing day‑to‑day highway and bridge maintenance operations to ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded.Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Field Superintendent provides hands‑on leadership in the field, supports operational decision‑making, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.Operational LeadershipProvide daily leadership and direction to Road and Bridge Foremen and field crews.Support daily operational decision‑making aligned with budgets, operational plans, and quality management systems.Assist in planning and scheduling work activities within Service Area budget guidelines.Conduct site visits and quality inspections to ensure performance standards are met.Coordinate equipment usage and prioritize maintenance activities in collaboration with the Superintendent, Equipment & Facilities Manager, and Quality Specialist.Safety & QualityPromote and model a strong safety culture; ensure compliancewith all safety policies, procedures,
