A growing food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced

HR & Administration Manager

to support its new production facility in Barrie. This is a hands-on role responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations while supporting site administration and partnering with local leadership and cross-functional teams. this is a fulltime, direct hire and onsite position. Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Support employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation Experience working in a small to mid-sized manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Coordinate payroll, benefits, attendance, and timekeeping Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes Provide general site administration and office support Assist with Health & Safety administration,



including JHSC and WSIB documentation Partner with internal teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent HR and administrative practices Provide occasional hands-on support to production or warehouse operations during busy periods or staffing shortages, as needed. Other duties as Assigned HR & Administration Manager Qualifications:

4+ years of full cycle Human Resources experience 3+ years in an HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Advisor, or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration Experience supporting managers with performance management and employee coaching Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in manufacturing, food production, or a similar operational workplace is highly preferred
