The role involves leading and managing projects across multi-family residential, mixed-use, commercial, and institutional sectors while ensuring technical excellence and contractual compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor medium to large-scale projects through the CA processCoordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to contracts, timelines, and budgets.Provide technical guidance, anticipate challenges, and recommend substitutions that meet specifications.Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation (RFIs, site instructions, change orders, progress claims, project close-out records).Develop project summary sheets showcasing past experience, preferably in condominium, mixed-use,
