Stride Muay Thai is looking for a confident, personable, and reliable Part-Time Front Desk & Membership Sales Representative to join our team.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. A major part of this role is helping prospective members take their first step into our gym—from responding to recent leads and booking trial classes to following up and converting those trials into memberships.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, building rapport, following up consistently, and selling a service they believe in.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact new leads by phone, text, and email
- Book prospective members into free trial classes
- Confirm upcoming trials and follow up with leads
- Follow up with individuals after their trial class
- Explain Stride Muay Thai's programs, membership options, and benefits
- Help convert qualified prospects into new members
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for members and guests
- Assist members with general questions and account inquiries
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in our management system
- Complete general front desk administrative duties
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym, including light cleaning and general facility upkeep
- Support the coaching and management team with day-to-day gym operations

Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable talking to people and comfortable selling.

- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to prospective members
- Comfortable following up multiple times with leads
- Able to communicate value rather than simply quote prices
- Organized and dependable
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a busy gym environment
- Willing to help with cleaning and general gym maintenance when required
- Able to represent Stride Muay Thai professionally to both prospective and current members

Experience Customer service experience is required.

Previous experience in sales, membership sales, lead follow-up, hospitality, fitness, retail, or another customer-facing sales environment is strongly preferred.

You do not need previous Muay Thai experience. We can teach you about our programs. What's more important is that you are confident communicating with people, willing to learn our sales process, and understand the importance of consistent follow-up.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 9.0 per week
