At Pfaff BMW Mississauga, every customer interaction matters. We're seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and professional Greeter to be the welcoming face of our dealership and help deliver the premium experience our clients expect.

As the first point of contact for customers and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, engaging, and seamless experience while supporting the daily operations of one of Canada's premier BMW dealerships.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Create a memorable first impression that reflects the BMW and Pfaff brands.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Provide guests with information regarding dealership departments, products, and services.
- Assist with guest check-ins and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support administrative and clerical activities to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Assist with customer events, promotions, and dealership initiatives.
- Support the Sales and Service teams with additional duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.




- Professional phone etiquette and solid interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CDK, licensing systems, or dealership software is considered an asset.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
