We are looking for a reliable and motivated Evening Part time Maintenance Associate with basic maintenance and repair skills to join our hotel team.

This is a temporary position replacing an employee on parental leave, with an anticipated duration of approximately one year.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general upkeep throughout the hotel while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.

The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize tasks, work independently, respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities will be:

- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to heating, ventilation, and other building systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance jobs and general repairs.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, supplies and other items as required
- Perform basic painting and touch-up work
- Complete minor drywall repairs, including plastering and sanding
- Perform minor wallpaper repairs and touch-ups as required
- Operate safely power tools
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assist with snow shoveling
- Perform carpet cleaning
- Monitor and maintain pool chemistry
- Respond to maintenance requests and address issues promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
