We are a friendly and patient-focused outpatient clinic dedicated to providing quality care in a supportive environment. We’re looking for a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 4 days a week must be able to work Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering and triaging phone calls from patients and other providers
- Sending referrals to specialists
- Assisting with communication between physicians and pharmacies
- Performing nursing duties, including:
- Injections
- Wart treatments
- Ear flushes
- Pap smears
- Facilitating completion of patient forms and paperwork

Qualifications:
- Current LPN license with CLPNA (required)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn – training will be provided
