Part time Nanny / Household Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, caring, and organized Part-Time Nanny / Household Assistant to support our busy household and help care for our two young children.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, takes pride in keeping a home organized, and can manage daily household tasks independently.

Schedule

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Approximately 24 hours per week

Compensation

- $19-22 per hour
- Paid at regular hourly rate on holidays
- Unpaid sick days/holidays

Responsibilities

Child Care

- Care for two children (ages 2 and 5)
- Engage in safe, age-appropriate activities
- Supervise playtime and daily routines

Household Maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas including: Front entry, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Bathrooms
- Keep toys and belongings organized
- Wash and put away dishes

Laundry

- Wash, fold, and put away clothing and household laundry
- May include bedding and outdoor gear





Grocery & Household Supply Management

- Grocery shopping based on a provided grocery list
- Track and restock essential household items

Pet Care

- Assist with pet care while in the home
- Tasks may include walking pets and cleaning litter boxes

Long-Term Expectations

- Flexibility to adjust hours as children’s and family needs evolve
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Potential for school pickups or child transportation if needed

- Able to manage household tasks independently
- Reliable transportation
- Previous childcare experience preferred
