About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Real Estate Photographer to join our team and help capture high-quality photos of residential properties.

This is a great opportunity for a student, aspiring photographer, or someone with a robust interest and eye for photography who enjoys working independently, following direction, and paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Photograph residential properties according to company guidelines and instructions
- Capture bright, clean, and well-composed images that showcase each property
- Photograph key areas including:
- Living rooms
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Bedrooms
- Rooms with a view
- Follow photography instructions and composition guidelines
- Travel to different property locations as required
- Ensure photos are clear, properly framed, and attention is given to detail
- Handle company-provided photography equipment responsibly

Requirements





- Strong interest in photography and a good eye for composition and detail
- Able to follow instructions and photography guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable traveling to different property locations (Calgary, Canmore or Golden)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous photography experience is an asset, but not required
- Real estate photography experience is an asset, but not required
- Students and individuals looking to build their photography experience are welcome to apply
