Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting or finding the perfect footwear .
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and organization to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks,



and managing e-commerce orders.
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering duties.
- Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for sales
