Part-Time Sales Associate – Sidney

Walk in Comfort is looking for a friendly, reliable, and outgoing Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Sidney team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Our goal is to help every customer find comfortable footwear that fits their needs while creating a welcoming, enjoyable shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Helping customers select and fit footwear
- Working toward individual and store sales goals
- Learning about our footwear brands and products
- Operating the till and processing transactions
- Receiving and putting away stock
- Keeping displays and the sales floor clean, organized, and attractive
- Working as part of a supportive sales team

What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive, and comfortable approaching customers




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn about footwear, fit, and our different brands
- Retail or sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person
- Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends

Compensation $18.25 per hour + 2% commission on personal sales

This is a great position for someone who enjoys customer interaction and likes having the opportunity to earn more through sales.
