We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Salon Receptionist to join our lively team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, accommodating client preferences
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services and availability
- Manage client inquiries via email or in person, ensuring clear communication




- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area to uphold a professional appearance
- Process payments accurately and handle retail product sales at the front desk
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as updating client records and managing supplies

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably within a salon or spa environment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced setting
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office tools.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed
