These are on-site, positions working 33 hours per week. The primary purpose of this position is to extend teacher impact in the classroom and to support student learning in an individual or small‐group context and to ensure students are tracking and meaningfully engaging in their classes.We are currently filling the following positions:Innovations Learning Coaches (High School) – Full time, starting in August 2026Foundations Learning Coaches (Elementary) – Full-Time, starting in August 2026Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the social, spiritual, emotional, and academic learning needs of studentsCollaborate with teaching staff to support the delivery of personalized learning opportunities, supporting in curriculum development, and facilitating learning experiences for students within the classroomOrganize, lead and facilitate student clubs that engage students in their passion areasSupport students in developing executive functioning and self‐advocacy skills through skill‐building and goal settingTrack student progress and work with families, administration, and staff to ensure timely course completionAct as a mentor to students, providing whole‐person care and supporting their overall growthCollaborate with the Inclusive Education Department, Administration,
