We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our Ens Toyota Parts Department Team. The ideal candidate will have an automotive background, with knowledge of general vehicle information & parts.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills. Experience is an asset; honesty & integrity are mandatory.

This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

- Look up parts for both customers and staff using schematics.
- Bill parts for shop orders and take cash/card payments from customers.




- Offer appropriate parts to satisfy customer requirements and needs.
- Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings tactfully and promptly, and be genuinely concerned for the customers' problems.
- Putting stock away.
- Answering phones and parts inquiry emails.
- Inventory counts & tracking.
- Take care of our Collision Repair customers.
- Assist in various parts-department specific activities.
- May need to drive the parts truck to provide staff coverage and flexibility.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- 1-2 years of automotive parts experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Welcoming and positive attitude.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Attention to detail.
- Checking for accuracy.
- Competent with computers.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Performing routine tasks.
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
