Atlantic Outdoor is hiring a Counter / Parts Associate in Moncton, NB.
This role has opened up because our current counterperson is stepping into a newly created Shop Supervisor position — a positive example of the growth opportunities on our team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist counter customers and walk-in traffic
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Process counter sales and help customers find the right parts
- Support the wider shop team with day-to-day parts needs
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a parts counter, retail, or customer service role is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
