Key Responsibilities:

- Working our parts counter, greeting customers and our shop employees

- Parts tracking to record on work orders

- Answering phone calls for parts orders

- Assisting with inventory as needed

- Assist with shipping/receiving as needed

- General housekeeping of the parts area

- Sourcing parts from our current vendors and online

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Relevant parts experience necessary
