Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories through knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
- Manage inventory levels by accurately processing orders, restocking shelves, and fulfilling requests efficiently
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts




- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity

Skills

- Proven experience in an automotive parts workplace is preferred
- Strong familiarity with POS systems, retail sales processes, and order fulfillment procedures
- Excellent communication skills with active listening and negotiation capabilities
- Experience with cashiering, phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and sales management strategies
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional demeanor during busy periods
